Our culture hasn't been cooked up in an HR laboratory, it's grown organically, and we think it turned out pretty great, but we would say that. Here are some of the prominent themes so you can decide for yourself:

Leading Hardware

Every member of our team is given a new MacBook Pro and all of the peripherals as a start. From there, we'll work with you to make sure you've got everything you need to work comfortably and effectively from home, adhering to DSE regs.

Socials

If you're a fan of good food, escape rooms, board game cafes, and/or F1 simulators, you'll like our socials. In addition to regular local outings, a few times a year we go a little further afield and make a day of it.

Straight Outta Staffordshire

Although we're a remote-first business, we're proud to call Staffordshire home and all of our team members (so far) live in the area. Team members also have the opportunity to hot desk at Stafford's Shire Hall Business Centre (the old library), followed usually by pizza and board games at our favourite haunt nearby.

Throughout the year we get together for our seasonal socials, historically in Manchester and Birmingham. These events are a great opportunity to unwind, connect in person, and have some fun with the business picking up the tab. They're highlights of our calendar, filled with laughter, team bonding, and memories that last long after the socials are over.
